History of the Conference:
Publication of the Proceedings of ECEM'17 & ECEM'18 (In 2019 the ECEM was not held. Also, it was not held in the years 2022 and 2021 because of the Pandemic.)
The Proceedings of 2017 and 2018 have been published by AIP (American Institute of Physics) with perpetual Open Access on the web site http://aip.scitation.org/journal/apc .
The American Institute of Physics (AIP) Conference Series is a reputable series of Proceedings indexed in the major citation indexes: ISI, SCOPUS, EI Compendex, Inspec (IET),
